（中央社記者劉建邦台北10日電）總統馬英九今天上午赴中央災害應變中心了解相關單位對昌鴻颱風防範措施。總統說，昌鴻颱風侵台預估中部以北會有超大豪雨，並集中桃竹苗，呼籲各縣市政府做好預防性撤離。
昌鴻颱風中央災害應變中心上午舉行第3次工作會報，馬總統赴災害應變中心了解相關單位針對颱風防範作為，並和北北基、桃園市和宜蘭縣市長視訊連線。
視訊結束後，馬總統進行裁示，總統說，昌鴻颱風的雨量集中在桃竹苗，目前雖然沒有災情，但預估中午過後到明天凌晨，會帶來很大雨量，希望各縣市政府做好預防性撤離。
總統表示，近年來，各單位防颱經驗豐富，尤其是國軍的超前部屬和預置兵力，都達到很好效果，但從過去經驗顯示，颱風期間民眾發生意外，都是因為外出時沒有注意到安全，呼籲民眾外出時應注意安全。
總統說，各單位做好防範措施，也希望颱風不要帶來災害；對於各單位駐守中央災害應變中心從蓮花颱風到昌鴻颱風已連續5天駐守應變中心，總統也對各單位同仁表達慰勉之意。1040710
